I rent a property and in December it flooded we are now in July and cant see an end had collapsed floors for 2 month and made me ill reeds rains is the worst penny pinching estate agents out there and if you are renting stay clear they have no professionalism not a single one of them Its so badly managed and I have also spoke to a ex employee who says that Phil treats agents badly. The whole team needs a bit of training on customer service I will be out of the this property as quickly as possible and settling it in court and thats just to get my deposit back. I have had to take time of work and speak to solicitors worst experience ever and has made me so depressed. But if you want a pleasant experience contact someone like Mike Rogerson Ive never had a fault with them.08/01/2019 - you can now see reeds rains response have discussed personal points which were not mentioned in my original review they have disclosed my data regarding personal conversations, they have disclosed how my mental health was during living at 41 Mitford gardens the landlord (Wendy henton and David Wallace) did minimal things to help me half the things were not repaired when vacating the properties and I did document this on video upon my exit from 41. So I hope this shows reeds rains Gosforth are not a professional company and have made a GDPR breach with my data posting it on google regarding compensation when I did not review or mention compensation as at the time this was being reviewed by the property ombudsman. I will be reporting this breach to ICO asap and I hope this urges everyone to avoid reeds rains at all costs or risk having a property which is a health risk and have personal data divulged for everyone to see on google.
Dealt with Adam from viewing right the way through. He has been great with communication answering any and all questions given, keeping us up to date with progress. For the sign over we were dealt with by Alan, again same great communication and customer skills.Moved in yesterday and happy with all
Nicohla was really efficient at sorting out my new tenancy and sorted out all my paperwork proptly. I didnt need to go the office for anything and was able to print and sign my contract at home and send it back to them which was great especially as I was moving cities. Thank you all at Reeds Rains.
So far weve had a great experience as tenants - any maintenance has been sorted very quickly.
