Friendly staff and good quality rooms. Slight problems with keys not working but the breakfast was very good. Great location for a business trip to that part of Newcastle...and Chinatown for the restaurants.
Way too expensive for the room we were given. Air con units were right outside our room and the noise was constant all night from them. The room wasn't the biggest. Not a big problem, but from the best room available on site i expected more. The balcony we had, the handle was loose so I didn't find it the safest being on there. I could list more but I would suggest you try somewhere else and save your money. Only good thing was the location.
Go here once a week. Great chicken. Great staff. Nice sports bar.Opposite Newcastle's football stadium. Can get very busy on game days.37p a chicken wing Wed and Fri nights. Bookings advised!
lovely lobby, and very high standard rooms. breakfast is also very nice. not somewhere to go if you want many facilities though, there is just an exercise suite on the top floor.
Lovely hotel. The staff are nice and the bed is amazing and I'm trying to figure out how to get it out of the hotel to my house. The view is good to. It's really clean and well designed. It's now my go to Newcastle hotel.
