Really loved this hotel, close to the amenities and 2 minutes walk from shops! Lovely big room and bathroom that was modern and stylish. Only little downfall of the experience was that the duvet was a little bit too small for the bed and there was a lot of fighting and tugging during the night! Other than that was absolutely perfect and would definitely recommend, will be coming back again!
Central location. Nicely decorated hotel. Rooms are clean, fresh and modern. Comfy bed! Breakfast was also decent. Staff helpful and accommodating. Recommended.
I spent a few days in Newcastle this week & came across the Maldron Hotel whilst researching for a place to stay. I am glad I found this place as I had a very pleasant stay with them. The hotel is visibly new, the staff is friendly & helpful, the room was spotless (I do a thorough check whenever I first get in), the bed was amazing and the breakfast was really nice too. All this for a very reasonable price. I will definitely book a room there again!
Amazing staff, amazing rooms and amazing service! Very modern and comfortable stay here. Excellent spread for the breakfast buffet. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.
My 1 star review was a mistake and I am not aware posting this. I have enjoyed my stay here.Staff friendly and went out of their way for me. I had to move rooms when I arrived due to the temperature having cold spots and an "L" shape. I moved to a square room where the heat distributed much better.The unhappy part for me was not having a bath robe when my husband checked before we arrived and he was told the room would have a robe.Breakfast was excellent. Lovely healthy options in the vitality section.Bed very comfy. Slept well. Fresh coffee machine in room with coffee pods which was a nice touch.
