Absolutely appalling practice. Should be closed down. They only care about money not the poor animals
Zero star. If you want to keep your pet healthy, happy and out of excruciating pain then please choose a different pet vetinary practice. My family learnt the hard way. 15 weeks on and my dog still has metal in his jaw and they have washed their hands with my poor boy. Picking up the bill to correct what they have caused at a more qualified and skilled practise where I can feel my boy is in good hands. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely shameful veterinary practice. Left a small dog with a broken jaw after a simple dental, the dog has been left with infection after infection in its jaw and now they have wiped their hands clean of the situation. Haven't even offered to pay to have the jaw fixed, the owner had to pay for this practices mistake and now has to have the problem resolved elsewhere.
I wanted to give this place a 0 star.This company has no consideration to peoples pets.After taking our dog in for a small eye operation she never returned home after not even making it through the anaesthetic, The aftercare to customers is terrible, Ive since changed our vets and are much happier with their service
