I bought the wrong cable from here yesterday, after discovering it didn't do what I needed it to I went in today to return it and they refunded my money without any fuss. So I bought a 5 shure mic clip to support the store with some of the refunded cable money immediately after that. They could have easily said I opened the cable and they can't take it back but they looked after me instead. Very happy with the service at PMT Newcastle.

Excellent range of stock, helpful staff and great prices. Had the best price for a guitar pedal I was looking at and took down my address details for warranty etc which is reassuring. Great shop with lots of stock to try out on Dean Street
