Excellent- One of the best middle schools state schools in the north east,if your able to get a place there,Teaching is outstanding aswell as communication to parents .no tolerance of bullying Its dealt with as soon as they are made aware and action is taken straight away .I am highly impressed with the teaching my son loves the school.
GJHA was always one of the first choices of parents. It was easy to find a place for a child going to year 5 although it seems more difficult for the in-year transfer of to transfer pupils on following years. Kids seem to enjoy their times there with relatively high observation from staff. Perhaps, more feedback from the teachers to parents can help to improve pupils performance.
