Stayed overnight in Newcastle, came to leave and discovered we had left our parking ticket in the hotel. Went to the car park office and spoke to Paul Mc. He was brilliant, he was chatty, funny, very professional, he sorted out a replacement card. Well done Paul, and thanks again .
Parked here overnight 24/25th November. I had an issue with my ticket on leaving(my own fault). Paul, the car park attendant sorted this out with no fuss at all and went out of his way to help us. What a refreshing change to see someone like this.Thank you.
Had some problems with booking arrangements when my emails were not being answered. Had to cancel booking and hoping for reimbursement. Helpful chap on phone.The problems continue. I wanted to book for one night and then the next two nights but this has totally confused them and I am getting back the wrong bookings.The Live Chat was very helpful but recommended the phone service. The chap on the phone said he could not help and said I had to use the online service. I'm going next week and the problems are still not resolved.Might be OK if you only want to book one night but I can't recommend them for anything else.
I parked in the car park just before midnight on a Saturday and took my car out late on the Sunday only to find I had to pay nearly 20 which to me is a total discrace when they advertised 5 all day on a Sunday so for the extra 25 minutes on the Saturday I had to pay an extra 15 almost I re-parked my car next door at the gate car park of which I got free parking just for going in the gate complax ie cinema ect I will not recommend the q car park at all you can even make a membership at the aspen casino and not spend a penny but still get free parking or even go into the weatherspoons in the gate and get free parking to me I should have just been charged 6.50 1 hour upto midnight then 5 for the Sunday total discrace in my eyes and a rip off
Offers business to business discount which is favourable for local businesses. Offers competition to the Gate complex for parking. Paying for parking is far quicker than the Gate but contactless needs to be available. Speed the whole process up so much more.
