This library is quite good. I like that its simple to find books rather than being on a random place.There are lovely staff who are very cooperative when it comes to helping.The technology is quite useful especially for returning or borrowing anything in there.Speaking of books, I love the wide range of books in west road library that wait in the bookshelf for someone to read their story and see the illustrations.The place is also good for relaxing someone that was stressed out after their day.In other words,the library is fantastic and deserves more attention!
Another good place in Newcastle to stop for very reasonable refreshments. Library well set out and easy to find your way round.Great selection of books, CDs and DVDs as you would expect from this new library. The staff are really helpful and will guide you to whatever you need. They will also explain the high tech scanning system for taking items out.
Excellent service, good collection, access any book by reserving from any library for just 50p. Ample parking
