Why is the phone message saying dentist is now closed its 5.20 on a friday and u dont close till 5.30
An appointment in which I had with my two young children today was absolutely appalling!!! Dr Rundle obviously didn't pass his degree in public relations as he is full of arrogance!!!!!
Getting an emergency appointment was a nightmare!! Was in a lot of pain due to part of tooth broken.when explained this to the receptionist, she was very unhelpful and kept insisting on no more emergency appointments. When I said that if my local dentist are refusing then I'll have to go to dental hospital the receptionist then decided to give me a 4pm aappointment. Whilst at surgery the dentist who treated me was fantastic but the receptionists could certainly be more considering for emergencies especially when the patients are in pain. I think a course in helping patients and having some empathy is very much needed!!!
