Wonderful food and atmosphere as always. It's a Real Place where Real Lives are put back on track and should be on every person's list of places to eat and support.

Great atmosphere & amazing food. I come here quite often and Im always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Staff are always more than happy to help and rectify any problems (on the rare occasion there are any) hot chocolate is to die for too. Would definitely recommend this place if your either looking for something quick and on the go, a coffee and a cake or wanting to sit down and tuck in to some hearty meals. Ive been to a lot of cafes in my time but this is by far the best. Keep the good work up guys

Outraged really at the poor service. I recently started working nearby and have been in there on occasions to buy a coffee. The wait is always really bad: one time I went I asked for w coffee, the person that took my payment didnt make it, another person was busy ticking some things off a list and there was someone in the kitchen at the back.. no one was bothered enough to start making my coffee until a new member of staff popped up and made an effort. But then I had asked for a black coffee and this one was a late which I cant have because I am lactose intolerant. I was already late for work but it didnt take too long this time because someone was actually making it for me instead of standing around. Today I went there for my lunch break: I asked at the till how long it would take to ensure I could get back to my desk on time, the lady said 8-10 minutes. I asked her again, not more than that right? And she said yes, not more. I ordered a veggie burger. Now, 15 minutes passed and still nothing. After 16 minutes I went to the till to say that I would take away instead because there was no time to eat in anymore. After 3 minutes a man came to me handing me a box saying beef burger I am a vegetarian! I told them that I had asked for a vegetarian burger and then said I want a discount instead because I havent got time to wait now. I got my refund in cash and then bought a bag of crisps for lunch instead there. No one apologised. I wasnt rude and took this well but enough is enough. Wont be going back again, will rather starve.

Such a lovely spot. Nestled happily away just outside the throng of the city centre and the bustle of the water front. Cracking variety of home produced grub. Some serious coffee to be had too. Plenty of seats for bigger groups and comfy sofas for the foot weary. Food so good you'll be instagramming empty plates ;)

I didn't know this place was here. Good coffee and some unusual snacks and light lunches. Staff were friendly and helpful and the those of the place is good as well. Profits go to helping the homeless and those in need. Will definitely be going back
